This included taking apart a pool table as well as a treadmill that had to be partially taken apart to make it out of the door. I hope I never have to move again, but if so, I would definitely call Armstrong! They were hardworking, personable, polite, and a pleasure to work with. “Ed Williams, the truck driver and supervisor of both the pick up and delivery, was fantastic! I have never moved interstate, so this was a big deal to me and I was beyond nervous. Everyone in the office was great, and I have worked in several offices. However, I was nervous about who would actually be handling my belongings. I had heavy things, fragile things, and things with a great deal of sentimental value. He was prompt in arriving both times. Mr. Williams was just really nice and patient about answering all of my questions. He must have seen I was nervous, so he was really polite and calm, and eventually had me laughing. I haven’t moved like this before but I could tell he knew what he was doing by how the truck was loaded, the instructions he gave the crew, and how my furniture and boxes marked fragile were handled. He and his crew worked non-stop on both ends and just did such a great job that I am completely happy. I certainly hope the company recognizes him for exceptional performance.” – R.M.
